Description of this Curl Curl Holiday House
This beautiful ultra-modern masterpiece is only 2 minutes walk to North Curl Curl Beach and the bustling cafe strip at Dee Why. It features an expansive open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, spilling onto a large deck overlooking the sapphire seas. Downstairs, there's a games room with table tennis, an 80s video arcade game, PlayStation PS4, and beanbags. The backyard boasts a thriving fruit and vegetable garden.
The open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area opens onto an expansive balcony with stunning views all the way from North Curl Curl beach to Manly (including the iconic St Patrick's Seminary) and the very tip of Sydney Tower in the CBD. Three of the four bedrooms have BIR, while the master has an ensuite. The ensuite and main bathroom have underfloor heating. The main bathroom also boasts a luxury oversized bathtub. The driveway can fit two cars with plenty of street parking. We have two large TVs with Netflix, Stan and Apple TV. The kitchen has a Miele induction cooktop and oven, large fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. The upstairs balcony has a table and chairs to seat eight people plus a BBQ, and the downstairs deck can seat six. The games room features a ping pong table, 80s arcade game, PlayStation PS4 and beanbags.
The local area
The Wholesome Eatery across the road is perfect for a healthy brunch, or a poke bowl for lunch. There's a children's playground around the corner, with equipment ideal with little kids. The beach is 5 minutes walk from our house.
Getting around
There is a bus stop 30 seconds walk from our house. You can catch the bus to Manly or all the way to the city. (The express takes around 30-40 minutes.) Alternatively, you can catch the bus to Manly then hop on a ferry to the city.
