This immaculately styled home in exclusive Whale Beach is the perfect seaside retreat. Laid out over two levels, it provides multiple indoor and outdoor living areas, as well as sumptuous sleeping quarters. Then there’s the view: a panorama taking in treetops, the ocean and the rocky headlands of the NSW coast.
The beach is only a five-minute walk down the hill, but if even that seems like too much, don’t worry there’s a pool with its own change room and shower. The entry level features a sizeable deck that overlooks the pool and garden, as well as a TV area, a bathroom and a kids’ bedroom with two sets of bunks
Upstairs is where it gets really impressive, though. There’s an enormous open plan living/dining/kitchen with sweeping sea views, comfortable contemporary furniture and its own capacious balcony. BBQs and a gourmet kitchen make entertaining easy, and there’s loads of seating space.
The super king master bedroom leads right onto the balcony and its spectacular vista and features a lovely en-suite. Additional king and twin king single rooms mean there’s space for the whole family. Other luxury features include a Jet master fireplace, smart TVs, stunning artworks and European appliances.

Being woken by birdsong. Staring out to sea first thing on a summer morning. Throwing a towel over their shoulder and walking five minutes to the beach. Body surfing and sun baking. Picking up a flat white and a banana bread at Whale Beach Deli after their swim. Dappled sunlight through the bougainvillea during lunch. Special occasions at Jonah’s. Long, lazy afternoons on the deck.
What We Love
You know from the moment you walk through the grand entrance – with its wainscoting, artwork and potted palms – that this house is something special. Using a blue and white motif, the fit-out effortlessly combines traditional beach house fixtures like cane furniture with contemporary design elements and personal touches. It’s simply gorgeous.
What Families Love
With so many different living areas, the family can holiday together without actually being together every moment of the day. Parents can cede the downstairs, with its pool and garden, to the kids while they entertain or simply enjoy some peace and quiet upstairs. There’s also a separate lounge with a smart TV on the ground floor for when everyone’s done running around. Family visitors also love the convenience of the internal laundry and parking for two cars.

Jonah’s Restaurant; a fine dining restaurant located on Bynya Road, Whale beach. Offering amazing food and spectacular views it is definitely worth a visit.
Palm Beach Village; a short drive away is the main street of Palm Beach, offering some more great cafes and boutique shops including Palm Beach Wine and Cheese.
